On February 18, students in grades 3 through 8 at McCallum had the opportunity to come together as a community to hear the top speakers in our school. The topics were very entertaining and equally diverse. Thank you to Madame White (from Herman), Madame Fischer and Madame Mailloux who were our judges. They had a difficult task at selecting the winner. “Merci” to M. Zaidan for organizing the event and to all classroom teachers and parents who supported the students in this endeavour.
Congratulations to our grade level winners:
4-Jivan and Dora
5- Fletcher and Jax
6- Isabel
7- Simran
8- Tolu
After much deliberation by our judges, we came up with the winners who will represent McCallum with pride at the Board competition on March 5th: Junior-Isabel and Intermediate-Simran. Nous sommes tous très fiers de nos étudiants et l’école Percy P. McCallum~!
Congratulations to Simran who was runner -up at the Board level competition!
